You are always responsible to self-inspect and document the condition of the rental trailer at pickup and drop off. You must take pictures of any damages.
You must properly adjust the gain on your electric brake controller at the start of each rental.
There is an automatic $100 minimum fee applied for any trailer that is not returned as clean or cleaner than when rented.
Any trailer returned with a load will incur a $0.06 per pound disposal fee with a minimum fee of $200.
You must fully lock both doors in the fully open position before raising dump bed. The typical cost to repair doors damaged by improper use is $150 per damaged hinge.
The trailer jack must be fully retracted before moving the trailer, and that damage to the jack will incur a minimum of $250 repair or replacement charge.
There is a $150 minimum charge for tire repair or installation.
The onboard battery must be charged with the onboard charger after every 1-3 dumps to maintain peak performance.
If you are dumping more than 3 times without charging the battery, you must use a battery booster or jumper cables on any additional dumps. If you do not use jumper cables or a battery booster after the 3rd dump, you understand that you are damaging the internals of the battery and will be responsible for purchasing a new battery.
You must return the trailer to the same location that you picked it up from.
